Çanakkale İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürlüğü, Çanakkale Orman Bölge Müdürlüğü, Arı Yetiştiriciliği Birliği'nin ortaklaşa düzenlediği " Çanakkale 'de Arıcılık ve Arı Ürünleri " konulu panel Çanakkale Ticaret Borsası toplantı salonunda yapıldı.
Düzenlenen Panele; Çanakkale Valisi Orhan TAVLI, Çanakkale İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürü Erdem KARADAĞ, Çanakkale Orman Bölge Müdürü Refik ULUSOY, Prof Dr. Muhsin DOĞAROĞLU, Doç Dr. Hanife AKYALÇIN, Muğla Odun Dışı Ürünler Şube Müdürü Yüksel YANMADIK, Şube Müdürleri, Teknik personel, Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları ve çok sayıda arı yetiştiricisi katıldı.
Panelin açılış konuşmasını yapan Çanakkale İli Arı Yetiştiriciliği Başkanı Cahit İLERİ; "Özellikle, kış mevsiminde arılıklarda fazla işin olmaması sebebi ile böyle bir eğitim çalışmasında arıcıların bir araya gelmesi ve arılıklarda yeni tekniklerin öğrenilmesi için uygun zaman olduğunu düşündük ve bu paneli planladık. Bunu her yıl geleneksel hale getirdik. Önemli olan yılı değerlendirmek. Geçmişteki hatalarımızı yapmamak. Hocalarımız bu konuda kılavuz kaptanlarımız. Kendilerinin bilgi birikimi çok. Bilgi bizim her şeyimiz. Ben arıcılıkta bilgiyi ve eğitimi çok önemsiyorum. Eğitilmiş insanın kaliteli bal üretiminde, arı ürünü üretiminde ve sağlıklı gıda için önemli olduğu düşünüyorum. Arıcılık dünden bu güne koşar adımlarla hızla büyüyor. Vatandaşların arıcılığa karşı ilgisinin büyük olduğunu görüyoruz. Dünden bugüne önemli projeleri bitirdik. Şuan yürüyen projelerimiz var. Onlar bittikten sonra Çanakkale Türkiye genelinde inşallah 1 numara olacak." dedi.
Çanakkale İl Tarım ve Orman Müdürü Erdem KARADAĞ konuşmasında; "Biz arıcılar birliğimizle ve arıcılarımızla son 4-5 yıldır hakikaten çok önemli adımlar attık. İnşallah bundan sonra birlikte hareket ederek Çanakkale'mizde ürettiğimiz balın kalitesini yükseltip, pazarlamasını en iyi şekilde yapacağız. Amacımız hem ilimize büyük katkı sağlamak, hem de arıcımızın gelir kaynağını arttırmaktır." dedi.
Çanakkale Orman Bölge Müdürü Refik ULUSOY; "Ülkemizde Her yıl ortalama 105 bin ton civarında bal üretip ülke ekonomisine 1,5 milyar ₺'lik katkı sağlayan arıcılarımızın her daim yanlarındayız." dedi.
Çanakkale Valisi Orhan TAVLI; "Çanakkale'mizin %50 si ormanlar kaplamakta. Arıburnu güzel bir marka. Bu markayı biz daha geliştirmemiz lazım. Biz de diğer illere bu markayı tanıtmak üzere bir çalışma başlatacağız. Çanakkale Valiliği bütün kurum ve kuruluşlarıyla tarım sektörünün, çiftçinin, tarım ve gıda sektörüyle ilgilenen herkesin yanında. Bütün kaynaklarımızla ve kamu gücümüzle hem çevreye duyarlı yatırımlarda hem de sağlıklı ve standartları yüksek gıda üretiminde yapılacak çalışmalara el birliğiyle destek vereceğiz. Bu çalışmalarda çiftçimizin her zaman yanındayız. Arıcılık konusunda markaları güçlendirmemiz lazım. Özellikle kaliteyi arttırıp ihracata yönelik çalışma yaptığımız zaman, hepimizin bundan elde ettiği fayda artacaktır." dedi.
Panelde Muğla Odun Dışı Ürünler Şube Müdürü Yüksel YANMADIK Çam Balı ve Çam Pamuklu Koşnili, Doç Dr. Hanife AKYALÇIN Arı Ürünlerinin İnsan Sağlığı Açısından Faydaları, Prof Dr. Muhsin DOĞAROĞLU Modern Arıcılık Teknikleri konusunda sunumlarını gerçekleştirdiler.
Panelde katılımcılardan gelen sorular, Panelistler tarafından cevaplandırılmasının ardından, 65 yaş ve üzeri arıcılık yapan üreticilere onur plaketi verilerek program sona erdi.
